The European University for Well-Being (EUniWell; www.euniwell.eu) is a European University Alliance coordinated by University ofCologne and funded by the EU under ERASMUS+ since 2020. Ouraims are to foster the well-being of individuals, our communitiesand societies, and the environment through excellent research,education, and social engagement. University of Cologne is seekingto hire an experienced and committed Dissemination and EngagementManager (f/m/x) who coordinates and manages the strategicdissemination of and engagement with the activities of the Alliance.
- YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate and manage activities for the EUniWell Alliance witha special focus on strategic communication and dissemination
- Manage the strategic alignment between WP tasks from currentand future EUniWell projects across the EUniWell platform modeland alliance goals
- Coordinate their sustainable embedding in the respective institutionalstrategies and structures
- Design concepts and processes for the strategic messaging,marketing and dissemination of the Alliance programme
- Design concepts and processes for the key themes of theEUniWell Aliance: physical and mental health, environmentalchange, sustainability and sustainable campuses, social equality, diversity and inclusion, democracy, multilingualism, educationfor the future, as well as future key topics
- As part of the EUniWell 2030 Strategy, support the strategicidentification of successful Seed Funding Call projects aftertheir completion for further integration in the EUniWell programme and push their implementation through (a) platformprojects and (b) arenas
- Manage and actively contribute to high-quality proposal writingfor the EUniWell Alliance
- Support the development of a globalisation and active engagementstrategy with EUniWell’s Alliance members, stakeholdersand associated partners
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed MA degree or equivalent in businessmarketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Higher Educationinternational project management
- Proven work experience in a European University Alliance of atleast 3 years
- Strategic oversight and planning skills in implementing internationalprojects in higher education
- Proven expertise in marketing and strategic brand development
- In-depth knowledge of the European higher education area andrelated policy landscape
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills,ability to work in a complex team
- Excellent knowledge of English in spoken and written form
- Excellent working knowledge of at least one other native languageof the EUniWell consortium
- Identification with EUniWell’s Mission and Vision
